Idea 1

Opening shot: Close up shot of phone in hand with google plus sign in screen, then see some one sign in. When they sign in camera zooms into phone screen (fade to white).

First person POV sees groups of people (avatars) standing around in circles, each circle is different group of friends: sports team, family, friends, acquaintances, following, work, gamers. Each circle will have title hovering above circle.

POV moves around to each circle. VO describes “circles” feature.

Idea 2

Opening shot: Close up of person talking, cuts to others talking and reaction shots (all close up portrait shots) of people having a casual conversation, laughing and joking around with each other.

Then zoom out of one person to reveal that they are on a screen and everyone is video conferencing using the “hangouts” feature.

VO describes “hangouts”, “next best thing to everyone being there”

Idea 3

Screenshot of a high schoolers google plus page. Voice over as kid types words. Cuts to anther screen shot of a different kids page, voice over as kid types a reply. This continues with multiple kids and pages.

Then a shot of all of the kids sitting quietly on a bus, looking at their phones.

VO “google plus makes connecting on the web more like connecting in the real world”

Idea 4

On a gloomy day. A large group of people, all wearing mostly blue and grey, slowly walking in one direction, mumbling incoherently (zombie like). Some one wearing a google colour and white walks away from the crowd and meets up with other google people, the sun comes out, and they are all smiley and happy.

VO “Google plus a better way to connect”

Idea 5

Opening shot of a woman sitting at a computer using google plus. Husband walks in and says he is about to clean up the shed. Husband walks off wife looks back at screen. Photo pops up on google plus of messy shed with a comment from husband saying how he is going to conquer the mess. Woman rolls her eyes.

Wife then hears a loud crash from the shed. Then photo of man trapped under fallen mess in shed pops up on screen, with caption “help”.

VO say something about instant upload on mobile devices.

Landscape

Land scape photography showcases different spaces in the world, that contain little to no human
activity.

Portrait

Portrait photography is capturing a person or small group of people, with primary focus on the face.

Wedding

Wedding photography consist of couples and groups before and during an wedding ceremony and reception.

Sports

Sports photography is usually a version photojournalism or vernacular photography encompassing any type of sport.

Product

Product photography usually focuses on one specific commercial product with the goal of making the product as appealing as possible.

Experimental

Experimental photography is a very diverse genre of photos made using an assortment of techniques and methods to create an abstract piece of art that usually has some form of symbolic representation.

HDR

High Dynamic Range photography is high contrasting shots that have a high dynamic range between the brightest and darkest areas of the image

Panoramic

Panoramic photography that uses special equipment that captures elongated fields of view.

Macro

Macro photography is close up photography that usually focuses on small objects, like insects and flowers, and makes the subject lager then life.
